Customer Service Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic and growing distribution company.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you.

The role consists of:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and on occasion in person
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, and deliveries
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Maintaining customer records and updating our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes

This is a full-time position based in our office near Paddock Wood. You will receive a competitive salary package, including a salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, as well as ongoing training and support to enhance your skills.
