Job Description:
The role of Administrative Officer - Exchequer Services involves providing administrative support to the Exchequer Services team. Key responsibilities include administering and managing Foster carers payments and mileage claims, processing Day Care Payments, and handling Reclaims and overpayments. This is a full-time position with a mix of home and office working.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a good understanding of financial operations and administration. Proficiency in ICT systems, particularly Microsoft applications and databases, is essential. Familiarity with Liberi, Controcc, Oracle, LPS, and customer-based portals is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, KCC offers comprehensive induction and training, as well as opportunities for professional development. Our hybrid working arrangement allows for a mix of home and office working, with flexible hours to suit your needs.
