**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to deliver exceptional customer support in a dynamic distribution company.

  • The role is 100% office based, requiring regular communication with the team.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and on occasion in person.
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
  3. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  4. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes.

**About You**

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using PCs and software packages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
