Job Description: As a Senior Support Worker, you will join an inclusive team that provides care to vulnerable individuals. Your key responsibilities will include organising and overseeing the smooth running of a shift, ensuring the wellbeing of all service users, responding to any challenges or concerns, and supervising support staff.

You will be responsible for organising activities, administering medication, communicating with families and professionals, overseeing daily reports, budgets, completing financial audits, and conducting H&S checks.

This role requires a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our service users and contribute to their growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker or someone with extensive care experience from a learning disability and autism residential setting. You must hold the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and possess leadership skills and experience.

You should have strong empathy and a caring and compassionate nature, as well as excellent people and communication skills. A good sense of humour is essential, and you must be willing to support residents with personal hygiene.
