Elderly Care Team Lead

At hirestaff, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our Adult Care Services in Dover.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional leader who shares our passion for enhancing the quality of life of older people with Dementia. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team that provides high-quality care services in a welcoming environment.
- You will work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless support for individuals with complex needs.
- Conduct thorough care needs assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique requirements of each individual.
- Complete regular supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
- A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and a willingness to undertake CQC registration.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
