We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our All Age Safeguarding Team as the Admin Team Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to support the All Age Safeguarding Team across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the team, liaising with other offices and organisations to collect and exchange information.
- Work flexibly across the organisation, covering the work of colleagues during peak periods or absence.
- Analyse and interpret information, explaining it clearly to other staff as appropriate.
- Review and maintain effective communication systems for staff, patients, and external sources.
- Conduct team meetings and informal and formal consultations with staff on work objectives, changes, and dissemination of relevant information.
- Involve staff in decisions that may affect them.
- Work collaboratively as part of an integrated team.
