Paediatric Clinical Lead

About the Position:
This exciting opportunity is available for an experienced RSCN to further their career as a Paediatric Nurse Manager in North London. The successful candidate will work with a well-established provider of complex care packages and have the chance to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual clients' needs
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support
- Monitor, assess, and address clients' physical and psychological needs
- Implement and coordinate medication management strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with community teams and stakeholders to create bespoke care packages
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registered Sick Children's Nurse qualification with at least 6 months' experience in the UK and current NMC registration
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Recent experience of caring for patients with tracheostomies and ventilators
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Prior experience as a Band 5/Band 6 Nurse with proven leadership abilities
- A valid UK driving licence preferred but not required
