Child Health Specialist

About This Opportunity:
This role offers a unique chance for an experienced RSCN to advance their career as a Paediatric Nurse Manager in North London. Working with a leading provider of complex care packages, you will have the chance to develop your skills, work with a dedicated team, and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualised care plans that meet clients' specific needs
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support
- Conduct regular assessments and provide ongoing support to clients and their families
- Coordinate and implement medication management strategies
- BUILD long-lasting relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with community teams and stakeholders to develop bespoke care packages
Essential Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid RSCN qualification with at least 6 months' experience in the UK and current NMC registration
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Recent experience of caring for patients with tracheostomies and ventilators
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Prior experience as a Band 5/Band 6 Nurse with demonstrated leadership abilities
- A valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
