**Position: Early Years Educator**
**Location: East Finchley, easy access by Northern Line and multiple bus routes.**
**Salary: Up to **£26, 400
**Early Years Educator Duties**:
- As a Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating a nurturing environment where children thrive. Your commitment to providing exceptional care and education will shine through as you guide and support children under your supervision.
- Your positive approach will create an engaging and stimulating learning environment that sparks curiosity and fosters growth. Your dedication to children's development will be evident as you plan and lead age-appropriate activities that captivate their imaginations and promote holistic growth.
- Building strong relationships is at the core of your role. You will establish positive connections with children and their families, fostering open communication and ensuring parents are engaged partners in their child's journey.
- As a valuable member of our team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the curriculum, tailoring it to meet each child's individual needs. Your commitment to their well-being and progress will be unwavering. Your responsibility to maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere is paramount. Adhering to policies, procedures, and standards will create an environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive while feeling secure.
**Qualifications**
- Level 2 or above in Early Years or equivalent (required)
- Paediatric First Aid Certification (desirable)
- Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their growth and development.
- Strong communication skills to engage both children and their families.
- Relevant qualification in early years or equivalent
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Positive and nurturing approach, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Ability to commute or plan to relocate before starting work
