The Clinical Care Coordinator role plays a vital part in our Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics team in Barnet. As a skilled and compassionate individual, you will coordinate clinical activities, provide administrative support, and help us deliver exceptional care to children and families.

About the Role

This part-time position is available for 22.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary of £31,081 to £33,665 per annum, inclusive of HCAS pro rata. You will receive a comprehensive induction, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate clinical activities, including anthropometry, basic feeding information, and communication with healthcare professionals.
  2. Provide administrative support, inputting clinical activity data into relevant IT systems, and generating reports as required.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, carers, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate message taking and clear record keeping.
