Senior Estimator and Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator and Project Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed and accurate quotations for clients
- Project manage commercial and educational premises refurbishments
- Develop and implement project delivery processes, subcontractor management, pricing, and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
- Develop detailed costed quotations for clients
Requirements:
- Relevant and up-to-date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
- Proven track record in estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
- Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and FONN
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
- £6,000 car allowance
- Profit share discretionary bonus scheme
