Job Title: Senior Estimator and Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate project estimates and budgets
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and profitability
  3. Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and implement project delivery processes
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  1. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating or related field
  2. Proven track record in estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
  3. Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, FONN
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

What We Offer:

  1. Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
  2. £6,000 Car Allowance
  3. Profit share discretionary bonus scheme
