Senior Estimator and Project Manager Opportunity

Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator and Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and developing project delivery processes to ensure profitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce detailed and accurate quotations for commercial and educational premises refurbishments
  2. Project manage refurbishment projects from inception to completion
  3. Develop and implement project delivery processes, subcontractor management, and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
  4. Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless project delivery
  5. Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
  6. Develop detailed costed quotations for clients

Requirements:

  1. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
  2. Proven track record in estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
  3. Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and FONN
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer:

  1. Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
  2. £6,000 Car Allowance
  3. Profit share discretionary bonus scheme
