Senior Estimator and Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator and Project Manager to join our team at Sphere Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing accurate and detailed quotations
  • Project managing commercial and educational premises refurbishments
  • Developing project delivery processes, subcontractors, pricing, and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
  • Liaising with the Sales Team
  • Creating work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
  • Creating detailed costed quotations
Requirements:
  • Relevant and up-to-date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
  • Proven track record in estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
  • Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, FONN
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
  • £6,000 Car Allowance
