**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with existing clients and establishing connections with potential clients in the building maintenance industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Liaise with clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
* Monitor tender portals for relevant projects and establish contact with potential clients
* Review and evaluate all tender enquiries for completeness and accuracy, ensuring timely submission of quotations
* Administer correspondence and tender documentation throughout the supply chain, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies
* Organise and attend site visits with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure effective project management
* Obtain pricing in a timely manner to meet submission deadlines, ensuring accurate and competitive quotations
* Review and evaluate all project costs, providing a complete price submission to clients
* Assess the levels of business risk on each project, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies
* Compile and provide detailed handover information for all successful bids to the Operations team

**Requirements**

* Highly numerate, with the ability to solve problems independently and use initiative
* Proven track record of estimating in building maintenance works, with a strong understanding of project management principles
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Full clean driving licence and a DBS check will be conducted
* Computer literacy skills and the ability to adapt to using company customer relationship management systems
