Senior Estimator and Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator and Project Manager to join our team at TQR Consultancy Ltd. As a Senior Estimator and Project Manager, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the company's ability to deliver high-quality, accurate and comprehensive estimates for our valuable clients.
- Prepare detailed project plans and oversee the successful delivery of these projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage internal and external Project Managers/Estimators team.
- Develop project delivery processes, subcontractor management, pricing and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in producing accurate, detailed quotations and project managing commercial and/or educational premises refurbishments in conjunction with our Interior Designers and Sales team. A degree level qualification such as a BSc in Quantity Surveying is also required. You will almost certainly have experience of working for a main contractor as a QS.
