Senior Estimator and Project Manager Opportunity

Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator and Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Producing accurate and detailed quotations for commercial and educational premises refurbishments
  2. Project managing interior construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  3. Developing and implementing project delivery processes, subcontractor management, pricing, and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
  4. Liaising with our Sales Team to ensure seamless project execution
  5. Creating work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
  6. Developing detailed costed quotations for clients

Requirements:

  1. Relevant and up-to-date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
  2. Proven track record in estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
  3. Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, FONN
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

What We Offer:

  1. Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
  2. £6,000 Car Allowance
