Senior Estimator and Project Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator and Project Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and detailed quotations for commercial and educational premises refurbishments
  • Project manage refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Develop and implement project delivery processes, subcontractor management, pricing, and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
  • Liaise with our sales team to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
  • Develop detailed costed quotations for clients

Requirements:

  • Relevant and up-to-date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
  • Proven track record in estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
  • Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, FONN
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
