Senior Estimator and Project Manager Opportunity

Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator and Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in estimating and project management within the commercial and educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  3. Lead and manage project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  1. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in estimating and project management within the commercial and educational sectors
  3. Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and FONN
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
What We Offer:
  1. Competitive salary up to £60,000
