Kingswood Group is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their dynamic team in Chelmsford. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

This is a varied and challenging role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR support to employees, including responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, including employee records and benefits information
  • Coordinating new joiner inductions and exit meetings
  • Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Preparing monthly reports and analytics to inform HR strategy
  • Conducting pre-employment screening checks and referencing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an HR administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CIPD qualified or working towards – desirable

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The role will be office-based initially, with hybrid working available after an initial period.
