Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will become part of a well-established global team that encompasses a variety of commercial lines, including Marine, Casualty, Professional Indemnity, Property, Real Estate, and Construction & Engineering.

Your duties will involve:

  • Policy management and administration
  • Processing and supporting designated cases to achieve business development and retention objectives
  • Utilizing your strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other client services and trading teams to deliver exceptional service

Strong communication abilities are essential, along with a genuine commitment to assisting our clients. The capacity to listen attentively and discern their needs, while providing optimal solutions with professionalism and empathy, is crucial.
