HR Administrator

We are pleased to be working with TIME Appointments Ltd to find a highly organised and driven HR Administrator to join their team.
This role will involve assisting with the administration and support of the Human Resources function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Handbook Management: Ensure the staff handbook is up to date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Onboarding: Organise and request references for employees, draft offer letters and contracts of employment for new employees, and ensure contracts and new employee packs are returned and checked prior to the new starter joining the company.
- Employee Records: Keep personal files up to date, ensure all job specs are kept up to date, and maintain accurate records of employee absences and sickness.
- Probation Reviews: Coordinate employee probation reviews, communicating with management and administering probation pass reviews.
- Induction and Exit Meetings: Conduct induction meetings with new starters and exit meetings with leavers, ensuring a smooth transition for both the employee and the company.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience within Human Resources is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to construct written communications that are effective and meet business needs.
