About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Systems Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR team and internal/external customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of HR data and optimization of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage queries and requests from the HR team, including the management of the HR Team inbox.
    • Prepare documentation related to the employee life cycle, such as contracts, leaver letters, and payroll letters, ensuring accurate data in the HR system.
    • Process invoices and payments for the HR team, collaborating with Business Partners and the Head of HR to manage spend and ensure value for money.
    • Maintain HR system data and its integrity through regular reviews and scrutiny, educating and supporting users who utilize the system.
    • Monitor sickness absence across the business, ensuring fit notes and records are up-to-date.
  • HR System Management
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR system data.
    • Develop knowledge of HR systems and applications.
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate with Business Partners and the Head of HR to manage spend and ensure value for money.
Requirements
  • Evidence of competence in HR administrative processes and procedures.
  • Good track record in maintaining data, HR systems, and developing knowledge of further applications.
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience working with figures, such as payroll and checking invoices.
  • Ability to work accurately, methodically, and meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
