About the Role

This dynamic position provides high-quality administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, absence management, and probation. The successful candidate will provide front-line support to colleagues and external contacts, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently. A keen eye for detail is essential in this role.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Holding a Level 3 CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential; we can support a Level 3 apprenticeship in HR support.
