Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the maintenance strategy, including capital expenditure, engineering projects, and resource planning.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing processes, procedures, and standards across site.
- Implement change while maintaining high standards of safety and quality output.
- Support cross-functional departments in delivering their objectives.
- Lead the maintenance strategy for planned preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Manage contractors and third-party suppliers while ensuring a safety-first and compliant environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process manufacturing, FMCG/Food, and managing a multi-site team.
- Ability to travel extensively across UK sites.
- Proven large-scale projects experience and capital expenditure responsibility.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent by experience.
- Recognised project management training, such as Prince 2, and relevant health and safety qualifications.
