We are a successful community-focused Further Education College based in the East of England, with a thriving Human Resources team that has grown from strength to strength in recent years.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £24,131 - £24,976 per annum, plus a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days, five college closure days (pro-rata for part-time), fee waivers on some College courses, and a contributory pension scheme with 26.3% employer contributions.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Coordinator, you will provide front-line support to colleagues and external contacts, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail will be essential in this role, as you work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless administrative support in relation to onboarding, absence management, probation, and other HR processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a level 3 CIPD qualification or be willing to undertake a level 3 apprenticeship in HR support. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
