The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR leadership, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing effective succession planning and a well-resourced talent pipeline meeting current and future needs of the business.
  • Championing employee engagement, evaluating, identifying, and addressing engagement trends and measure successful implementation.
  • Leading a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring all plans are aligned and delivered flawlessly while articulating risks and dependencies.
  • Collaborating with our central People & Culture team, department heads, managers, and employees to provide guidance, support, and solutions to HR-related challenges.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the leadership team to ensure People plan progress.
