Deputy General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality or leisure management role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
