Deputy Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of food, service, and health and safety are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that food safety protocols are followed.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
