Job Title: Learning Resource Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Resource Specialist to join our team at the College of West Anglia. As a Learning Resource Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting students to develop their academic and digital skills. You will be involved in delivering one-to-one and small group sessions, as well as supporting enrichment events and activities within the Learning Resource Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality academic and digital skills support to students
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance student skills
  • Support the development of the Learning Resource Centre team
  • Contribute to the development of college policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
