Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist psychiatric care to patients with learning disabilities
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers

Requirements

  • Eligibility to register with the General Medical Council
  • Experience in psychiatric care, particularly with learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
