We are looking for an experienced Youth Mental Health Worker to provide high-quality care to children and young people in our community. If you are passionate about delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and working collaboratively with other professionals, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £43,041 - £52,668 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a relocation package of up to £8,000 to support your move to the area.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in a relevant discipline, such as nursing, social work, or allied health professionals.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with mental health difficulties in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge and skills in applying a range of therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or systemic therapy.
