Support Workers for Mental Health

Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support: Empower individuals to manage their mental health, build resilience, and develop self-care routines.
- Assist with daily activities: Support with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, budgeting, and attending appointments.
- Promote social inclusion: Facilitate community involvement and social opportunities to reduce isolation and build meaningful connections.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other support staff to create and implement care plans.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records, write progress notes, and report concerns or changes in an individual's mental health condition.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a part-time employee, you can expect to work approximately 20 hours per week.
