As a Care and Support Professional with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Service Users. You will work closely with our experienced care team to develop personalized care plans that meet the individual needs of each Service User. Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that enables our Service Users to thrive.
Your Role
You will be responsible for supporting the Service User to achieve his goals and aspirations. This will involve providing physical and emotional support, as well as advocating on his behalf to ensure that his needs are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of the Service User's care plan.
Requirements
- Full enhanced DBS
- Up-to-date CV
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Service User
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
