Youth Care Worker

Networker Global Limited is recruiting for an experienced Youth Care Worker to join their Child in Need / Child Protection Team in Halton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding children and supporting families. With a strong focus on child protection, you will work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being of children and young people.
Responsibilities include assessing children's needs, developing care plans, and working with families to provide support and guidance. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to child protection and work closely with other professionals to ensure effective outcomes for children.
We require an individual with excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, as well as possess a strong understanding of child development and welfare. The estimated salary for this role is up to £45.34 per hour.
