About the Team

We are a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care to children and young people.

Our newly formed CYP Urgent Support Team operates 24/7, offering crisis intervention and assessment services across a range of settings.

As a Youth Mental Health Practitioner, you will join a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our clients.

Role Overview
  • Deliver crisis intervention and assessment services to children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • A recognised degree level qualification in a core profession (Social Care, Nursing, Allied Health Professional, Teaching and Clinical Psychologists) or a broad-based health and social care qualification.
  • Professional registration with a national body (HCPC, NMC, BACP, BABCP, BASW, TRA).
  • Relevant postgraduate diploma or equivalent evidence of ongoing professional development.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A relocation package of up to £8,000 is available to support your move to this new role.
