Job Title: Street Triage Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Street Triage Practitioner to support the Cheshire West team in addressing mental health crises within community settings.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals experiencing mental health crises while working in partnership with police colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals presenting with episodes of self-injury or self-poisoning, collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues and service users.
  • Implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, providing training to staff and police colleagues about mental illness and treatment.

Salary and Benefits:
