Mental Health Practitioner Position

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed-term full-time band 6 registered practitioner within our liaison psychiatry team based in Chester. The successful applicant will work across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, providing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and interventions for people presenting to the acute hospital with psychiatric illnesses.
Main Responsibilities
The Practitioner will provide assessment and intervention services for individuals experiencing mental health crises in various settings, including community and hospital environments. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, police colleagues, NWAS, and Local Authorities.
