We are seeking experienced care professionals to join our team as Senior Support Workers at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Based in Chester, this is an exciting opportunity to work within our Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, including Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, Liaison and Diversion Services, and the Crisis Line.

This role requires a qualified practitioner who can assist with tasks primarily within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team and across the wider Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Service.

Key responsibilities include signposting and referring individuals to appropriate services, building strong links with third sector and partner agencies, and collaborating to support the needs of those in crisis.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of confidentiality issues, mental health policy, and practice interventions. They should also possess sound knowledge of current professional staff development and continuous service improvement issues, particularly in adult mental health services.
