About the Role

The UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking a talented Engineering Lead to join their team at Culham, Oxfordshire. As Diagnostic and Fusion Engineering (DFE) Group Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers working on cutting-edge fusion diagnostics.

This exciting opportunity requires you to lead and manage a team to deliver project milestones within agreed timeframes, ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for implementing techniques and processes to improve delivery and quality.

The role includes:

  1. Agreeing personal development plans with team members.
  2. Setting objectives and providing job performance feedback.
  3. Ensuring the group delivers to required quality standards and deadlines.
  4. Implementing techniques and methods to improve quality and delivery.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
