About the Role:- Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activities.
- Excel in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
- Engage with diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
- Prior experience in field-based roles is required.
- 22 days holiday + birthday off.
- Company car or £5,000 car allowance.
- Bonus scheme: up to £6,000 quarterly bonus based on revenue and deals.
- Medicash health plan.
- Pension scheme with employer contributions rising to 7% after 7 years.
- Enhanced sick pay (up to 3 weeks).
