Job Description

The Commercial Sales Support Manager will be responsible for managing our internal business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sales and commercial teams. This will involve working closely with our Business Development Director to oversee and manage internal business systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or a similar role, with a relevant qualification in business, finance, management, or a related field. They will be experienced in business systems, including Salesforce, Arena, BC, Nav, and SAP, as well as contract management and pricing tools.

The role involves a mix of home, remote, and office-based work, and the successful candidate will be responsible for analysing internal data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and potential opportunities, providing insights to sales and commercial teams.

Other benefits of this role include a highly competitive salary plus annual bonus, fully expensed company car (including a fuel card), and 25 days' holiday per year (plus 8 Bank Holidays).
