About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to undertake a wide array of business support activities, including office access and security, welcoming guests, office stock provision, event support, finance administration, management of cleaning contract, and sales administration support. This is a busy and active role which would suit a self-starter with an excellent eye for detail and a welcoming personality.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events, answer inbound phone calls, distribute and handle outgoing mail, including couriers. They will also provide effective customer service, manage office operations, including security, stock provision, and cleaning contracts, and coordinate meetings and events.

Responsibilities
