  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Controls & Digitalisation
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth communication between teams
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets for efficient data management
  • Support specific projects and initiatives, contributing to the organisation's success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior Personal Assistant, with a proven track record of confidentiality and initiative
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
  • Excellent communication and secretarial skills
  • Experience in working collaboratively as part of a team focused on achieving business targets
