About the Role

As a Business Operations Coordinator for Siemens Energy, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team in their daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring seamless communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Head of Controls & Digitalisation
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between business, sales, and finance teams
  • Ensure efficient time management and prioritisation of tasks for the leadership team
  • Contribute to the organisation's success by supporting specific projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and secretarial skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior Personal Assistant, with a proven track record of confidentiality and initiative
  • Experience in working collaboratively as part of a team focused on achieving business targets
