About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Siemens Energy in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our Controls & Digitalisation department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and organise meetings to ensure seamless communication across departments
  • Prepare presentations and reports to facilitate effective decision-making
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives to drive business success
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior Personal Assistant with excellent communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
  • Proven track record of confidentiality and initiative

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
