We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our Commercial department at Hvpd Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing versatile administrative support across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales team with new enquiries and quotations using PandaDoc.
  • Prepare reports and data cleaning using Salesforce.
  • Contribute to impactful projects by creating and updating Salesforce reporting.
  • Support the organisation of customer training and associated administrations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using Salesforce and excellent understanding of Microsoft Office. We offer excellent career progression opportunities, full training, and a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year. Flexible working arrangements and working from home options are also available.
