Sales Excellence Program

This role is designed to develop sales excellence within HPE. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will serve as the overall account lead (single point of contact) for numerous large named accounts in an assigned country, geographic territory and/or industry. You will specialize in a value or volume specialty (computers, servers, storage, services, printers) with a focus on growing the base business, complex solutions, and new business opportunities. Accounts may be managed remotely and are supported primarily by presales and inside sales resources.

  • You will own account plans on one/multiple commercial accounts.
  • Focusing on deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management, and selling a range of company products and solutions.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Typically 1-3 years quota carrying telesales experience is required. Inside Account experience of large commercial of moderate to large complexity, IT awareness, and entry-level solution development capability are essential skills.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze win/loss results for owned accounts.
  • Work with and leverage external partners to deliver solution sales.
