**Job Overview**

H C One Ltd. is a leading provider of elderly care services, and we are looking for a skilled and empathetic Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to deliver personalized care to our residents.

**Responsibilities and Expectations:**

  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of activities.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Completed Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of person-centered care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
  • Recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action.
