Senior Care Team Member

The Grange is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, promoting healthy eating habits
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress
- Support residents in maintaining their physical and emotional well-being, promoting independence and dignity
Competitive Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
